Clean Rooms

CryoWest’s state-of-the-art ISO 9001 facility has two clean rooms: An ISO Class 5 clean room for orbital welding and an ISO Class 6 clean room for ultra-sonic cleaning.

Class 5 clean room features:

  • Nitrogen purge & vacuum packaging
  • Helium leak detector
  • Welding lathes
  • Orbital welding
  • Assembly
  • Special labeling

CryoWest’s ISO Class 6 Clean Room Features:

  • Hot, ultra-sonic, 18 megohm DI water for part washing
  • Filtered, heated Nitrogen for drying
